Our Story
ChargeRFID was founded with a simple mission: make EV charging authentication as sustainable as the vehicles it powers. We saw an industry rapidly growing but still relying on traditional plastic cards, and we knew there was a better way.
Today, we manufacture RFID cards from recycled PVC, FSC-certified wood, and biodegradable PPH Bio fibre — each embedded with precision-tuned 13.56 MHz antennas and industry-leading chip modules. Our cards authenticate on every major OCPP-based charging station, from ABB Terra to Kempower to Alfen Eve.
As part of the RFID brand family including MedRFID and CampusRFID, we bring over 15 years of RFID manufacturing expertise spanning ISO 14443, ISO 7816, and NFC technologies across healthcare, education, hospitality, and now the EV charging industry.
