Our recycled PVC RFID cards use 100% post-consumer recycled PVC cores with virgin PVC overlay layers for optimal print adhesion and surface quality. A precision-tuned 13.56 MHz copper antenna is embedded between the lamination layers, bonded to industry-leading chip modules. The result is an ISO 7810 compliant card that performs identically to virgin PVC across all OCPP-based charging stations while reducing carbon emissions by up to 75%.
